At Bella Aura, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie, nightwear, and undergarments cannot be returned once opened unless defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or through bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

• Opened lingerie or undergarments
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or defective product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
